Helen Denton

SILENT HERO: She typed up the top secret battle plans for D-Day as clerk for Gen. Eisenhower. Fayetteville’s own Helen Denton didn’t reveal her role until after her husband, also a veteran of WWII, passed. She joined him this week and was buried Saturday with full military honors. Please help us in honoring this great patriot.
